This may seem like a weird question, but I heard this rumor (I forget where) saying that lesbians and gay guys usually don't get along. When I read this I was like 'Oh shoot, really?', because me and my gay guy friend get along well. However, I wanted to check it out from ACTUALLY lesbians and gays. So, the question is, do you get along with gay people of the opposite gender?

Hell yeah! I love gay guys. They make the greatest friends.
One of my very best friends is a gay guy

It's a bit of a myth, and it may have been true a long time ago, but I think we usually get along great. Probably because we both know what it's like to be gay.

It does depend on personality though, some people just don't mesh.

Strange. Lol Now that you mention...No. I don't. That's odd. But it may just be my homophobia. It prevents me from being around others sometimes. It also depends on my flippant mood swings.

I get along really well with gay guys.

I have a gay guy-friend at school, lots of people think he's weird (and he is tbh) but he's also a good guy and lots of fun.

I have a friend who's lesbian, and another who's bisexual. In a relationship with a gay person of the opposite gender, sexual orientation should be the last thing on our minds. After all, it's not like there's gonna be much sexual tension between us...

I wouldn't say I don't get along with lesbains but......well my sisters lesbain and she doesn't get along with me at all, she gets along better with my straight brother, so its more indifferent for me idk, I didn't vote

not that it matters in the least, but my best mate and housemate is gay, I'm a lesbian, I love him completely. Our sexuality doesn't even come into it :-)

Although, to be honest, I can get along with any person, any sexuality. It really depends on if they can get along with me.

I don't think this website would run as smoothly as it does if lesbians and gay gays didn't get along. Personally, I can get along with the majority of the population.
