Sorry if that title sounded weird but I haven't slept in over 52 hours so should I try to take something to fall asleep? It would be awhike though since I would have to buy it and my mom is at work.
Your best bet if you can't fall asleep is try taking some warm milk or a cup of tea. Read a book or listen to an audio book. Have something on in the background maybe? I wouldn't recommend (from my experience anyway) sleeping pills. They gave me a throbbing headache the next day. Plus, I'm not sure if people at thirteen are allowed to take them. u.u
