I dont think "girls just wanna have fun" (/Kyle Minogue?) is lesbian related but it CAN be thought as one if u interpret it in a certain way I guess ? dunno ^^ nice song anyway
Ria Mae is a lesbian and as such she writes her songs with women in mind. She also just released the music video for her song "Gold" and it portrays a lesbian relationship.

Well it seems like the only that I know that hasn't been listed already is "Jenny" by StudioKillers. Really good song and finally has a music video to go with it if you want to watch it.
Only a Girl (Gia) She Likes Girls (Metro Station, from a male point of view) Te Amo (Rihanna) Americano (Lady Gaga) I Didn't Just Kiss Her (Jen Foster) SHE (Jen Foster) Girls/Girls/Boys (Panic! At The Disco) All The Things She Said (t.a.T.u.) Show Me Love (t.a.T.u.) That's all I can come up with that hasn't already been mentioned.
Alix Dobkin's "I only want to be with you" is my favorite. It was originally done by Dusty Springfield who later came out a gay. And... I just heard a remake of "Return to Sender" by Elvis Presley done by a woman giving it a Lesbian overtone... I loved it.
Girls Like Girls by Hayley Kiyoko Cliff's Edge by Hayley Kiyoko (more the music video than the lyrics but not a disappointment by any means Many Ally Hills songs
several Chinese songs: 如果的事(things about "if") 类似爱情(similar to Love) 那么远那么近(so far and so near) 暗涌(underground spring) 彩虹(rainbow) 燕尾蝶(swallowtail butterfly) try if you like them
One of my favorite songs, "One More Hour" by Sleater-Kinney. It is based on Corin Tucker and Carrie Brownstein's (both are members of the band) breakup. Also Freewheel, She's Amazing, and She's Crushing Mind by Team Dresch (whose members are all lesbians, and pretty much every song by them has to do with being LGBT). Oh, also Growing Up In Springfield by Team Dresch. It is about Kaia Wilson falling in love with a girl in her class, becoming friends. But the girl is religious and stops being friends with Kaia because she's a lesbian two years later.
