Just thought that this would be a fun way to reduce the power that insults can have by showcasing some of the worst and most ludicrous possible examples that anyone here's seen. After all, laughing at bullies makes us more powerful, right?

Mine would be one that I saw commented on a documentary about the journey of transpeople going through their transitional journey. Someone claimed that "you can't change your gender, it's just against the laws of physics". It just really tickled me at the time, and I couldn't resist politely informing them that it wouldn't be down to the laws of physics; instead, biology and psychology. It just amused me to see them spouting "scientific phrases" that had absolutely no relevance to the situation at all!

Anyone else have any funny stories?

Basically every imbecile that claims they have a problem with male homosexuality while being okay with the other gender's one.

When people are so desperate to convince you that you can't be trans that they say the most stupidly sexist things. For example, I was told by a woman that I can't be a girl because I like films with gore and I don't even like films with gore. Another great one was when my mother told me that I can't be a girl because I didn't play with dolls as a child when I obviously didn't play because she didn't actually get me any dolls! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Some one called me a heterozygote once, when they meant homozygote. So pathetic. It does not even relate to reproduction.

" if your gay, then how do you know what a vagina looks like ?"
Saw that on a bathroom wall once.

Haha, these are all great! Keep 'em coming, and cheers for your responses - I was a little worried that no-one would find it particularly funny!

Actually most plants are capable of asexual reproduction through cloning. Some plants can do it also through apomixis. However, how this has anything to do with human asexuals is beyond me.

My friend sent me this yesterday and it genuinely made me laugh. Its a religious American mother rapping about how we don't need to change our toilet system for transgender people. Her whole point is totally lost in the hilarity of her soft-spoken, suburban mum-rapping:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhH0EDPSNhI

You just wonder about the people spending their time to put this rubbish together just to offend and disregard people... and failing so badly that it practially becomes comedy.

If you nurse your sons past a few months, it will make them gay. Huh? One would have thought that imprinting breasts upon your son as a safe and welcoming place would assure that he LOVES them. Except my son, who was nursed forever and a day......he loves women, but he is a butt and leg man. LMAO

When I was 14.5 and on holidays, my homophobic Grandpa refused to have a walk with me to one corner of the beach because he said there are loads of gays and they'd rape and kill us both. It's so ridiculous it IS funny... Especially that I, at least, am a girl, hmmph

People at my school thinking pansexual meant liking everything: people, animals, plants, objects.

In a comment on a pic of trans male model (Laith Ashley) this person was insisting that Laith wasn't a trans man but a 'born' male because "it takes longer than two years for boobs to shrink into pecs"
And I freaking lost it at that.

He refused to believe people when they explained that boobs don't shrink but are surgically removed.

I also love when people say that intersex is not a real think because it isn't found in nature. Because I can easily give example of animals that are both sexes, or able to change their sex, or even pretend to be the opposite sex.

Saw a rad-fem post on Tumblr once that was in response to being called transphobic. It was three paragraphs: the first two about protecting all women, cis or trans, and the last being about protecting transmen because they're still "our sisters".

...Ugh... sweetheart? Think about that one for a second... Where'd you go wrong? Yea, there ya go. XD

Laith is just too gorgeous, he's fooled people into disbelieving he is trans, ha. People are idiots though.

The "The Gathering Storm" anti-gay ad, as well as that ad with the 2 children at the playground.

Also people thinking gay marriage will automatically lead to adult/child marriages and beastiality. They're so stupid I can't take them seriously.

Also, being asked/told "I thought you were brothers/sisters."
Dear asker: do you ask straight couples "I thought you were brother and sister?"
I should do that to straight couples. See how they like it

When apparently a Disney show got cancelled after parents complained about it showing a lesbian couple. Also when parents think that if their kid sees a gay couple, then their kid will automatically turn gay.

I think the worst part of that was the fact that people were sending the five year old playing the main character at the time death threats. I mean why her? She didn't have anything to do with the script or the characters presented. I mean who does that? Why would you send a five year old death threats? :eusa_doh:

That what I heard what happened anyway.
