When it comes to cooking, I'm pretty simple. I make a mean chicken schnitzel - roll in flour, coat in egg beaten with milk, roll in breadcrumbs with a bit of salt added, then pan-fry. I love baking, and I have a couple of great cake recipes, plus a recipe for a fantastic chocolate fudge frosting which can also be served hot as sauce, but that's a trade secret.
"Resapes"? I only cook a few things, but I'm good at them. I make a mean hamburger and killer home fries. I can do a good chili, and I make a fantastic fried rice. Outside of that, you're probably gonna be stuck with something that ends in "Helper". Lex
Best thing ever: "Scrambled Omelette" as I call it. It's pretty much self explanatory, but scrambled eggs with cheese, and whatever else you decide to throw in (onions, mushrooms, etc).
:O Next time you make schnitzel, trying rolling it in crushed wheatbix or cornflakes instead of breadcrumbs, it's like a 10000000x nicer. I cook a lot now, dad normally isn't home until late so food is generally my responsibility. My specialty is my own version of sticky date pudding with a coffee twist *froths*
