When you get pissed off with something, what do you do?

I have a nose bleed in extreme cases, i guess its the high blood pressure :P other times i just go for a walk

i know its not healthy but i cant help it but i keep it to myself, thats just how i was raised, just keep it to urself, but eventually i explode and everyone knows im pissed so its not that bad

it depends on what is pissing me off. normally taking a shower and avoiding the person/thing for a while works

I admire your nerdiness!

If I did algebra when I was mad, I'd only get more frustrated. Math is so not my strong suit.

I usually go for a walk, or listen to angry music to let it out.

That, or I hit things in extreme cases.

I actually agree on the algebra thing, or I play something like Minesweeper or another game that takes a lot of concentration. If I concentrate hard on things, my emotions kind of sort themselves out in the background.

I get either extremely quiet, I write it out, I yell in certain circumstances, and in EXTREME cases, I hit things.

Lol I did trig identities when I was angry for the longest time. It was a productive outlet for my anger.

I'm very bad at bottling things up. When i get angry, everybody knows it.

Normally i just go really quiet and ignore everyone and everything for a few hours and fume. When i get really pissed off, i will throw things, hit things and occasionally have been known to hit people. If i hit people i get upset though, i'm a pacifist and i REALLY disagree with violence in any form, especially when i'm the perpetrator.

Once i actually got so pissed off in a PE class (some one had pegged a ball at me, it had hurt like hell - i respond badly to pain...) I actually ran out of the gym and then walked home, in the middle of the day. My mum wasn't very pleased, and neither was the school - I had to go see the councillor for anger management :/

Anyways, I don't do PE anymore (it's not compulsory - YAY) and i haven't had many things to be pissed off at for a while...
