I HAVE HAD THAT SAME EXPERIENCE AND I HATE IT. HAAAATE IT. Get as far away from their bedroom as you can in the house and if you have headphones, grab those and blast some tunes.

I feel ya! My mom and her ex-boyfriend use to spend a lot of romantic time together... He even slept over a few times and it was extremely awkward for me. I thought it was so gross! When they would make their mating sounds, I'd go into ninja mode and try to be extra quiet, practically nonexistent. Best thing you can do is put on some earphones, play some music, and go to sleep! Hopefully, by the time you awaken, they'll be done!
Leave the house I've never had to deal with this, since my parents are more like roommates, but have heard horror stories from friends who have spent the night at other friend's houses...
Go put berry white on full blast on the surround sound in the living room... Then go walk the dog haha
