I am doing a fieldwork project and I have a few questions!! Anyone feel free to answer; one or even all!! What kinds of stereotypes or stigmas do Drag Queens face inside or outside of their own gay community? What role has sexuality played in becoming one? What is the typical routine for a drag queen before performing? Is there a type of hierarchy within drag queens or a type of drag 'poseur'? Do Drag Queens form around existing race, class and gender identities or do they form across those barriers?
