    No problem, heheh

My dad introduced me to Arcade Fire. Immediately after listening to the first song on Funeral, this was how I felt:

That would have to be Benji Hughes. He's an indie artist, not very well known at all, but a review of his latest album appeared on NPR a few months ago and I've loved his music since. Some of his songs sound more conventional, others are really out there. He just does his own thing and I really have to admire that.

Tacocat or Skating Polly, from Tumblr. They were both on the same day, and I don't know which came first.

My sister got me into Twenty One Pilots, and now I'm stuck there. I will forever be humming their songs beneath my breath. The lyrics to Ride will be engraved on my tombstone.

*Leaps in* Did somebody say Twenty One Pilots?

I was introduced to Southern Metal a few days ago... Not as bad as I thought it would be... I liked it in fact despite being a big Yankee!

Beyoncé. I was watching a sporting event called the Super Bowl and during the halftime a lady was singing a song. It turns out she now released an album with that song as one of them. It was a weird song. Something about lemonade. I think she's married to Kanye West.

New as in most recently formed band?

    The Struts.

Everybody is always comparing some new artists that nobody has ever heard of to Freddie Mercury, butttt I can honestly see it with The Struts leadsinger.

    Because I can't help myself:

Ann Sally, she's a japanese jazz singer. It's not the typical classic jazz/blues sound like Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington etc. that I usually listen to. Her singing is incredibly enjoyable.

And I just have to say that I love the sound of japanese, it's a perfect language for singing, even if I can't understand a single word.

PVRIS is my latest obsession when it comes to music. They're pretty great and I recommend them if you're into rock or, like, pop punk and that sort of thing.

Luie Hemmings. Um, I mean, um, 5 Seconds of Summer. Refused to listen to them because I thought they were just another boy band. Then I heard Troye Sivan's cover of Heartbreak Girl. I liked the song, and decided to google them. Then I saw Luke. It was (unrequited) love at first site. Just bought their new album on Vinyl.

Florence and the Machine. The first time where I heard her was at the FF15 event where she covered Stand by me. After that I listened to a few songs on YouTube and bought her albums. Her distinctive voice is something I really want to hear live, that's why I hope for a Tour in Germany.
