Unusual question, I know. :icon_wink Men's trousers and shorts aren't cut to shape. What are some ways to make your butt look slightly larger (other than exercise and padded pants/underwear)? Socks?
Well thankfully whenever I eat unhealthy food the junk goes to my trunk so I have a nice ass but if you've got flat pancakes I would recommend doing some squats and eating more chocolate.
If you do squats or lower body workouts as a part of a strength training regime, this will add muscle to your haunches. Also, a general weight gain will do the same - whether that be muscle or fat is up to you.
Don't wear black pants. Black literally obscures everything, including your figure underneath it. White, as you may have guessed, has the opposite effect.
As the owner of a pancake-flat ass, I have never had any desire to make it bigger lol. But I have noticed that when I wear skinny jeans (I just browse the brand and find the skinniest fit they make) and other tight clothing it does reveal it a bit more (I really don't wear any other type of jeans other than skinny ones).
Do squats. I do weighted squats nearly every day and it definitely has an effect. Sometimes I get a bit self-conscious because my butt is really prominent in almost everything I wear.
Try a different brand. My Zegna Italian suit tends to be more "fitted" around the seat and makes my butt more pronounced (it's relatively flat), whereas my Hickey Freeman suit (American) tends to be more "boxy" and makes my butt look flatter (even though both suits have been tailored). Look for European designers as they tend to make more fitted clothes off the rack.
