Just for fun, i understand most people here must be from the U.S or U.K but anyways, if you where to travel to U.S or already live there, what state would you like to visit? you can add the reasons, you can also add which state would you not visit.

Personally, I'm Argentinian so i never been to U.S but i would probably visit Florida or California

I think of all the states I can think of I'd pick Colorado, just cause I think mountains are neat. I'd probably not want to go to NC because of the silliness going on there.

California, because it seems like a good state to me. Vermont would also be good because it looks like home (and is close to home, too). Lastly, probably New York because New York city is just something I can't possibly miss, right?

I would say: Colorado (beautiful mountains), Louisiana (food, bayous, New Orleans), Florida (Disney World and Everglades for all of y'all tourists), California/New York if you gotta do the stereotypical tourist hotspots.

Well, there's only three that I haven't set foot in so far - Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

I'm really not sure which I'd want to visit most of those 3... I hear Burlington, VT is a neat place - small, liberal little college town. Maine would probably offer the most diverse range of things to explore though.

Alaska, definitely, for me... I've always thought it looks amazing.

Montana, because it's (apparently) beautiful, and Illinois, because my best friend lives up there.

New York, because the weather for the most part, plus, New York City is urban, while a lot of the state is rural... It's perfect!
My second choice would be California or Alaska, just for the "exotic" experience.

Depends on which part of the state you're in.

Basically, take I-90 from Livingston heading West through to Idaho, and add in the Glacier National Park and Flathead areas, then you have all the beautiful parts.

Everything East of Livingston and North of Helena is basically North Dakota.

I've already visited many of the U.S. states as it is, but of the ones I haven't seen, I would like to see Wyoming and Yellowstone National Park. Taking into account my love for the outdoors, it's surprising that I haven't been there yet.

I would also like to see Minnesota and Minneapolis. The Minneapolis area seems to me to be one of the most beautiful urban centres in the U.S. and I would love to visit.

No one gonna say Nevada yet? We're more than just Vegas and desert. The Reno area has some of the most picturesque scenery in the country, and the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe has the clearest water as well as some of the nicest beaches (yes, Nevada has beaches).

I'd like to go to South Dakota just for Mount Rushmore. I've already been to a lot of the interesting places I'd want to see though but I would like to revisit (I was too young to appreciate the chance to visit some of these places) Washington DC (not really a state) for the history and monuments, New York (particularly NYC) 'cause I love seeing big cities, and Florida (I know) because of the interesting wildlife.

    Anybody wanna see Georgia? (sarcastic)

Alaska and Colorado for sure

But I've only been to Michigan (technically not even), so I'd like to go through/see most of the states.

Visiting the US isn't on my bucket list, but if I'm ever heading east I want to make a roadtrip down the east coast and drive all the way from Vancouver to San Francisco.

No clue which states I would cross. Don't really care anyway.
