    I'm not asking what rp is. I have friends who larp, a cousin who does d&d and have an rp character on Lotro.

    I understand rp, but these threads don't make sense to me. How does rp work in a forum thread?

    Also why is it so popular on EC?

    It's roleplaying in written form, that's all. Why doesn't that make sense?
    I don't know why it's popular, really. There arre a lot of people interested in writing and stuff on here, and it just kind of caught fire, I guess.
