Especially with it being the pride month, I was wondering what ya'll feel about being part of the LGBTQ+ community. Especially what you're proud of! That, and what do you think others don't really understand about us?

Personally, I'm proud of being part of the community because (so far, those I've met) are all very open and accepting. There's a sense of being included, where in other places (especially my country) we are shunned. It's somewhat of a refuge, where you're with people who understand. Though some people generalize us too much- it's actually really complicated and detailed, but they just fall under the same umbrella.

More and more I'm proud but more proud of all the awesome LGBTQIA people I've encountered. They are lovely!
