Ok, this is really random but two days ago, I went looking for a new phone-case and the one I picked was a shade of red that my mom says is too girly looking. Now at least her intentions were alright in that she didn't want me to get bothered over it to which my response was "nobody pays that much attention to other people's phone-cases". Here's a picture of it.

In my view, there's no such thing as a "girly" color. Colors do not have genders. I think that's a pretty cool phone case.

Red and black. Don't see anything girly about that. Or anything masculine. Red can be pretty neutral I think. Except for like, red lipstick - but it's the lipstick part making it girly.

Black and red is hardly seen as girly. It's usually the "edge" color. White and red is the objectively best combination of colors though, you should go for that~

Doesn't look girly to me. Looks like a perfectly neutral shade of red.

By girly I meant stereo-typically girly.

I was also just referring to the shade of red not that it's black and red.

It looks salmon color, which is like a redish pink. I guess it could be "girly", but I really wouldn't care what color a phone case is. The cord for my charger is pink, but it never bothered me.

There's no such thing as a "girly" color. There are just colors. If you like it, that's what matters.

The picture isn't loading, but there's no such thing as a "girly" color.

Red seriously is not girly to me. It's completely neutral.

There's no picture showing for me. Which is perfect. A good illustration... because I would have said no even if it was shocking pink. I prefer not thinking of colors as for boys or girls.

So, I can't see the picture since I'm on my phone; but all I have to say is, remember that whole "real me wear pink" craze that happened like 5 or 6 years ago? Nuf said.

I can't see the picture, but if it helps at all, my 13 year old cis brother who is on his way to being ~*that popular sporty kid*~ has a salmon-pink and black phone. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Youcan like any colors you want. Who cares what other people think? Purple and pink are my 2 favorite colors, and most people would consider them "girly". I don't care. They're good colors and that's all that matters.

Oh I wasn't insecure over it. I really like light purple and am not ashamed of it. I was just asking if this was a color stereo-typically considered feminine.
