I just read keeping you a secret and loved it!
It really got me interested on the subject so i was wondering if anyone had any similar books that they would recommend.
    Thanks! :]

my favorite book that covers the topic of lesbian teenagers is EASILY "dare truth or promise" by paula boock. not only does it cover the topic of sexuality but it is fantastically written.

ahh annie on my mind is great. thats like the classic lesbian book. like... annie on my mind is to books as the L word is to tv.

although... i suppose annie on my mind isnt as awesome and... well... hot. but, it's still pretty good.

    Magic's Pawn by Mercedes Lackey
The World of Normal Boys by K.M. Soehnlein
How Long Has This Been Going On? by Ethan Mordden
A Density of Souls by Christopher Rice
Like People in History by Felice Picano
Becoming A Man by Paul Monette

The Rainbow Boys series by Alex Sanchez wasn't bad... a little afterschool special, though.

"Boy Meets Boy" by David Levithan is absolutely fantastic. Also the Rainbow Boys series (Rainbow Boys, Rainbow High, Rainbow Road) by Alex Sanchez. Girl-wise, I'm a big fan of "The Empress of the World" by Sara Ryan.

also "oranges are not the only fruit" by jeanette winterson

This isn't finished/published yet, but it is still one of the best stories i have ever read...

    Umbrella

The rest of the story can be found in her gallery, the story does contain sexual themes and a bit of emo-ness - so if that stuff scares you steer clear.

"Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe" (The novel) includes lesbianism. It's an epic book
