    Considering Trump beat his wife and made sexual comments about his daughter in the 90s (who was like one or two), I'm not shocked that he raped someone.

    Can you give me the TLDR? It seems anyone can file a lawsuit (and potentially ruin your reputation just by accusing you) and this was thrown out once before.

    Disgusting. Even though that link is to Snopes, I checked google and there are plenty of sources verifying the story. I hope he is charged however I think too much time has passed. He apparently has had other accusations against him of sexual assault and harassment. I hope people see that and realize what a terrible person he is. He needs to be arrested and charged.

    I can't believe that the left-wingers have completely ignored Trump's history of these awful crimes and hone in on Hillary instead. Wake up people.

    To be completely honest, if the rumours are true, I think that most of his supporters wouldn't care (aka say it wasn't his fault for whatever reason), or be in denial about it.

    I'm a Republican, but I won't vote for Trump. He has absolutely no business being President. That being said, I'm not a fan of Hillary either. Both choices depress me.

    I agree, I don't think his supporters would either care or they'd deny any of the accusations.

    He has been accused. This isn't certain and decisions generally ought not to be made on the basis the existence of legal action rather than the outcome. Generally one shouldn't take the position that the existence of a trial necessarily means liability, for the sake of respecting the law as an institution and the safety and reputation of defendants as a general class of people.

    This is far from the best reason not to consider voting for him. At best, it's too uncertain. At worst, it's outright defamation. Focus on policies (or the lack thereof) and the character we're already aware of, because there's more than enough there.

    As I made clear up above, I'm no Trump admirer. But I do think we should take this rape accusation with a grain of salt. Normally, I wouldn't say that, but the man accused is running for President, and a lot of his passionate opponents are looking for ways to bring him down. Should this story turn out to be true, his race would be over for sure. But this accusation comes at a suspicious time, and the context of it needs to be taken into consideration.

    Hillary is the lesser of two evils, but you're right, neither option is really great in my opinion. I did really hope Bernie would've been nominated. I think him and Trudeau would've done great things together.

    Trump was accused of sexual assault and rape long before he ran for the presidency. It wasn't this particular case but he has been accused on more than one occasion. His own ex-wife said he raped her.
