Sorry, but there's really nothing you can use other than your fingers or a proper sex toy. It's gotta be your fingers, a dildo with an extra-flared base (that's what I prefer), a butt plug, anal beads, etc. Other household items aren't safe for that. As for lube, yes, you do need it, and you need LOTS of it. You should stick to water-based lubes like KY Jelly or Astroglide. You could use a silicone-based lube, as long as the sex toy isn't made of silicone. Water-based lube is more versatile in this regard, since it can be used with any sex toy, as well as for actual sex. (Never use oil-based lube for sex, since it DESTROYS condoms.)
