Tonight I have to run a mile and a half under 12 minutes for soccer. If we make the Mile and a half in 12 minutes then we make Varsity. I'm very nervous and I haven't ran for about a week now. How do I calm my nerves?

We are not aloud to listen to music before or during it. I have ran on our high school track before. Like I can't get there early because we have a team meeting thats mandatory before the running. If I do some running before hand to warm up I want have any breathe to do the Cooper.
