    Tonight I have to run a mile and a half under 12 minutes for soccer.
    If we make the Mile and a half in 12 minutes then we make Varsity.
    I'm very nervous and I haven't ran for about a week now.
    How do I calm my nerves?

    A few people
    Do a bit of running before hand to warm up
    Listen to some rhythmic movement
    Get to the place early so you can be familiar with it

    We are not aloud to listen to music before or during it.
    I have ran on our high school track before. Like I can't get there early because we have a team meeting thats mandatory before the running. If I do some running before hand to warm up I want have any breathe to do the Cooper.
