Hi guys! I have posted some threads stating that I have social anxiety. I would like to post some topics for discussion in the coming weeks about everyday situations and how to handle them while feeling anxious. These situations might sound normal but for a socially anxious person like me, it can be very stressful and depressing to go through such situations. I feel you guys post constructive comments and advice in this forum and it will be helpful for me to learn and practice to overcome this anxiety. Hope you guys dun mind if my threads sound silly! :icon_bigg
Hi! I think I have a bit of social anxiety, or high levels of anxiety in social events, or at least, more than the norm ( I haven't been to a psychologist yet ). I'm completely with you in the future threads you'll be making, and I'm happy you're making them! Thx a bunch ^^
Ugh....... In less than a week, I'll have to go back doing something I stopped doing a while ago because of my social anxiety. I'm worried about how it'll go, and I'm terrified that it'll cause me to get depressed again (I'm pretty sure I have light depression already) because it'll just **** everything up as it did before. Looking forward to your upcoming threads though!
