I've been using this online self-care guide lately. Basically, if you're feeling down (or if you want to just give yourself some love/attention) you go through the steps in the guide and it helps you take little, simple steps to take care of yourself and feel better. It's helped me a lot so I thought I'd share it here: You feel like shit. (*hug*)
