I saw a cute guy at work today. When i was talking to him he kept smiling a little bit and looking at my mouth when we were talking. I would look away shyly and so would he. I brushed my teeth and my lips aren't chapped. What does it mean? A coworker jokingly said "that boy wanted a kiss".
Well, looking at somebody's mouth doesn't always indicate a desire to kiss, however if he kept doing it - and looked away shyly - then it's quite possible! Unless, you know, you had something stuck in your teeth or he was trying to lip read. Given how you've described it, though, your coworker's suggestion sounds more likely.
Maybe you have nice lips! I don't look at mouths really unless there's something funky going on in that area.
A lot of people that are too shy or have social anxiety will stare at the persons chin they're talking to... Are you sure he was looking at your mouth and not an inch lower?
This was brought to my attention by customers many times during my years of bartending which they have stated that my lips were inviting and they just wanted to kiss them. Where as ...I have been approached by those individuals with more racy comments but that's goes with the territory...haha
Looking at lips usually denotes a desire to kiss. You can see this a lot in movies. People will look at each others lips before they kiss.
