Girls Who Get Sex Changes

    So I am not going to be embarrassed about my ignorance about this, because I truly don't know. I know how a man gets a sex change, but I don't know how a girl does. A friend of mine told me that when a girl starts to take testosterone pills, her clit slowly grows into a substitute for a penis. Is this true? And if so, how can a girl that gets a sex change get an erection? Thanks everyone! :slight_smile:

    Yeah I wasn't sure, I mean I was kind of skeptical when I heard it, but then who knows what can happen with surgeries now-a-days! haha
