I was looking at genderfluid stuff and came across a picture that basically said that we're choosing our genders for the day. Well, I'm here to tell you that we don't choose how we feel. I have had ongoing gender dysphoria for the past three days that screams "male, male, male," and you know when you feel male, female, or nonbinary/ third gender. You feel off in your own skin, like you want to peel off your fucking skin because you feel so fucking sick of being in the body you were born in, because you feel like you should have been another gender, or genderless. You don't choose who you love, we don't choose our gender. It comes in waves.
I can't tell you how many times I've had to explain this to people. My friends are supportive, but the people on fanfiction sites that I've told just don't seem to get it. I didn't choose to be genderless today, the genderless punched me in the gut and yelled 'YOU HATE YOUR TITS TODAY.'
try not to let that crap bother you...some people just try to demean people for things they don't understand or don't believe is right. Makes them feel better about being stupid
