Perfume or Cologne or Nothing?

It depends on my mood. I have a lot of nice smelling cologne, but I generally only use it if I'm going out to a big event or I want to smell nice for my partner.

I'm fond of stuff from the Bod lineup (smell generally nicer than Axe, but from them, Apollo is amazing) and New York Nite. I haven't had NYN in a long time though, but it's not overpowering and has that comforting kind of scent, if that makes sense.

 

Eau de toilette or parfum. I go for the less aggressive male, dry wood or mildly citric scents. Rarely sport scents but those are manly and I like the non aggressive and weaker scents.

 

Mostly nothing but sometimes cologne from Hollister.

 

Neither. but I do like using old spice deodorant if that counts.

 

Nothing or a nice cologne.

I have a warm, spicy, musky one from Brooks Brothers and, my favorite, the classic Polo (green bottle).

i'm always afraid of overdoing cologne, because I HATE when a man or women has too much on. It's nauseating

I use to try using body spray but I just get annoyed with it. I also hate the thought of smelling like the guys in middle school who use a whole thing of axe in one day.

Perfume. I also own Lynx (British Axe) but yeah that just reminds me of obnoxious schoolboys who sprayed out the whole bottle. So I wear men's perfume, cheap but nice though I'd like Bleu De Chanel.

Usually go for body spray or nothing. I'm really picky about colognes. The only thing I've found that I love is Chanel Allure Homme Sport. My dad recently gave me a bottle of CK which is decent. It's all completely down to personal preference, youve got to do the testers and try some out before you buy anything expensive.

 

I use deodorant but I don't really like those strong "deep" (I think that's how to describe it) smells. Though I like light flowery scents.

I like to wear a relatively deep scented perfume or eau de toilette myself, floral or musty kind of scents. The two I tend to wear daily are Rive Gauche and Ungaro, though the latter doesn't linger on me throughout the day the way I'd like it to. It's so interesting to compare the way perfumes or colognes smell on one person's skin to another. Things that smell a certain way or are very strong on one person, can be the complete opposite on someone else.

On other girls though, the scents I find most attractive tend to be cleaner and 'fresher' smelling. Like bodywash or soap rather than perfume, or a light incense such as sandalwood. Or even just the way saltwater smells when it's dried. Probably relates to personality. Opposites attract and such.

I have sensory issues, and many colognes are overpowering for me. So just deodorant, if I remember.

Nothing. Just some deodorant at best.

 

I will occasionally wear cologne on a "night out", but that is about it. I find I don't care for the scents of most colognes and perfumes and I also find that many people overdo even the most innocuous ones.

 

Neither. Spray on stuff gives me massive headaches. I can actually feel my sinuses swell and close up.
