Which talents do you have that no one knows about?

Beat boxing and rapping...I only do it when no one else is around because I'm insecure

 

i can do ventriloquism lol. It's strange but I hope it will come in useful as a stupid party trick one day

 

Lying, kinda. Bacause of my sarcastic comments some people think I'm a bad liar, but I'm actually really good at it.

No but really, I am okay with clay...as a kid had two years of pottery classes. I just dont do it

 

I like to write. But that's probably something that I could improve on.

I have a good sense of direction. I am very good at reading and interpreting maps. But only some people know about this.

 

Wait! Is being gay a talent? If yes thats also a talent of me!

I got nothing. Most people know my talents and non talents. I guess I'm sort of a closet singer.. I normally sing either by myself, or around people I am comfortable with.

 

Usually when nobody's around, I imitate voices of many people including politicians. Another talent that may be added is procrastination.

 

I can temporarily alter my voice significantly if I try hard enough, mimic emotions fairly accurately. I'm sure if I wanted I could pick up the phone and pretend to be somebody else, but I lack any reason to do that.

It was amusing for a while but I stopped doing it because it had some unwanted side effects and made me sound like a frog in the middle of a discussion one time. I don't know about you, but unintentional amphibian mimicry is quite the pinnacle of embarrassment. :dry:

Most folks know I can draw to an extent, and make odd yet purposeless devices from scraps.

 

My greatest talent is being a closet magician. And now for my next trick I shall.....................

Same though. That and my ability to dissociate for long periods of time.

If I have to say something positive, then I guess it would be something pretentious like spotting meaning and symbolism in art mediums that is sometimes overlooked (like how the tone and symbolism of Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Red Dragon is largely driven by color psychology).

Is that a genuine talent or a snide comment towards myself? I don't know.

 

I am decent at reading books aloud, often incorporating different voices and accents. In the past I've read series to my younger siblings so I had a lot of practice. This wasn't something I really noticed being any good at until a teacher and classmates pointed out my reading.

 

I suck at every other sport, yet for some reason I'm great at Volleyball. Which makes zero sense to me as I never practice, rarely play it, and hate competition.

 

I sing a lot, those who have heard it say I'm a good singer. But I'm not confident enough to sing in public, so it's a talent hardly anyone knows about.
I was also a great basketball player, but had to quit due to my health and almost nobody knows it as well.

 

Cum twice is a good one but i dont have it.. LOL

 

I have a weirdly good memory for music. My friends refer to me as a "walking encyclopedia of songs" :lol: so it's not really something no one knows about per say, my family have also commented on it too.

I'm good at recognising what a song is from only a few notes, and I have a good memory for song lyrics and instrumental rhythm. I can pick up on style fairly easily so I'm good at guessing who a song is by. Er..does that count as a talent? I guess so.

The annoying side to this talent is that it's not uncommon for me to have four or more songs stuck in my head at the same time. So many ear-worms, ugh.

 

I do a pretty good Natalie Cole impression, while singing of course. Hard to believe, but true.
