On my ideal day off from school/college, or work, I like to do several of my hobbies. I'm talking about a day off from school/college, or work. My ideal day off would start with: 1.) Waking up in the morning and sitting alone in my thoughts for a few minutes 2.) Going on the web on my phone or computer to look up stuff 3.) Surf some social media sites 4.) Watch really good TV 5.) Watch a series of really good YouTube videos 6.) Eat some really, really good food 7.) Try to get some writing done as a hobby 8.) Dance to music 9.) Take a walk outside and realize how nice the day (if it is sunny) or relax inside (if the day is cloudy or rainy) 10. Do some meditation to calm down my mind How about you?
That sounds like a nice relaxing day off, for me it's deciding between my 'ideal' day or a fantasy day off. Big difference as one is easy to make happy while the other might be really difficult. Either way it would involve being in the countryside or at the beach with that special someone.
My ideal day off would be the Sundays I used to get when my wife and I lived in our own place. I'd sleep in, but not too late (usually not much past 9 A.M.). Take our dog for a walk, weather permitting (lived in Wisconsin at the time. Had to give the pup up since she got too hyper around kids) and spend the rest of the day catching up on T.V. shows, doing laundry and playing on the computer. Then when my wife got home that evening we'd spend the rest of the evening watching the shows we watch together and maybe even sneak in a movie before going to bed.
That's good ---------- Post added 26th Apr 2017 at 12:45 AM ---------- That sounds good ---------- Post added 26th Apr 2017 at 12:46 AM ---------- That sounds like a gear way to spend a day off. I love Sundays too. I just wish I didn't have to do anything on Sundays though. Sunday is the most relaxing day of the week, if you ask me.
