You need to go to a doctor and be sure to inspect for head, neck or shoulder injuries as well as multiple infections and or Swine Flu contamination topped with nasal mutations that could be paired with Strep Throat or indicative of tonsil inflammation!

Your body does weird shit when you sneeze, I've messed up my neck sneezing before by kind of throwing my head forward. My dad utterly wrecked his back last year by sneezing while lying down, it took months to get back to normal.

dont panic just rest the shoulder when you sneezed you prob just over tensed the muscle it can happen or the sudden movement might of hurt the nerve. you can go to docs but i wouldent worry you sneezed and your shoulder ached, if you had sneezed and there was blood everywhere followed by a little green man running around... then id get checked...make sure you got no more hideing

Hehe I wasn't worried, I just find it kinda strange that I sneeze, and the only part of my body that seemed to notice would be my shoulder.
