    Sanded and oiled.

I know it looks more like a club than a spoon, but I also intended for it to look primitive like a tool made of the bone of some weird animal. A clavicle or femur or humerus if you will.

So yes, I'm sorry for the misleading title but this thread has enough shop class and hard wood in it to please both the lezzies and the gays . You can't be too sad right?

Commence the sexual punning, if you wish.

Sweet! Gotta love stuff like this. Who wouldn't want a club-spoon? =D I love re-interpreting really commonplace stuff into something different.

That is a really nice form, too. All twisty and organic and interesting. I likes!

Thanks guys, I really feel like I've earned my queerness. And thanks to Holly for the Fuck Yeahs which I interpret as lezzie cred.

Greggers, if I had the woodworking equipment to make more I'd totally make you one, but this school semester if over and I'm not allowed in there anymore. :frowning2:

Woodworking is very neat Xequar, I've fallen in love with it.

I hope you still have all your fingers lyingfigure. ._.

Wow! You can do that in woodwork? I made a spoon in year 7 woodwork, I would attach a photo but it's so embarrassingly bad, my street cred would be destroyed forever. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
It's amazing, you're so handy!

That's awesome. I did three years of it in high school, and I wouldn't mind having the money and space to set up a workshop. I'd love to make a dining room set to match the walnut Queen Anne legged chair I made.

Keep at it! Besides the fun factor, one can make a few bucks if they're good.
