I'm doing the no talking 40 hour famine and have now been not talking for 1 hour 52 mins not long I know but it's getting there.

I wasn't sure how it would go but it is actually surprisingly peaceful but we will see what i am like after about 30 hours lol

Not sure of the point of this thread but anyway

Wait, are you not talking and not eating for 40 hours? Or just not talking for 40 hours?

I did a 30 hour famine a few years back to raise money for...kids in Africa? (I assume, I don't really remember). But we all could talk, just not eat.

In Australia, traditionally people doing the 40 Hour Famine give up food, but you can also choose something else. I think I gave up electronics for 40 hours last time I did it, a few years ago. Good luck!
