nothing like a hug its sometimes awkward but sometimes just got too.

really awkward when your hugged by someone you have feelings for when they dont you but a hgu is a very emotional thing

Hugging is like the greatest thing ever. Me and my friends always hug at schools, parties, events, etc....

And I like how finally people are starting to warm up to the fact that guys can hug guys, it's not a girls only thing! xD

I kinda find hugging awkward XD I feel uncomfortable when people I haven't known for years hug me, and sometimes even those people make me feel awkward ._. It's annoying, but I dunno what causes it :P

Took me years to let a friend hug me, and then it only happen cause she glomped me -.- Then everyone else started hugging me cause she did XD

I had a funny situation with my friend in a hallway last friday when she was going to leave early and go away for the weekend and I went to her fourth period class to hug her and say good bye. We did one of those "which way are our heads going to go" things and ended up kissing. It was funny though, not awkward. Now every time we go in for a hug we yell "Go Right! Go Right!"

While I don't mind hugs or a peck on the cheek from either sex myself, the local schools in my area have gone to a "no physical contact....of any type" policy. Even walking through the halls of the local schools while just holding hands will get you into trouble. It doesn't matter if you are straight, or gay, it's just not allowed. I'm in the upper midwest, (usa) so I guess I shouldn't expect anything less here. At least I'm not in school here (and it's been awhile since I was), but I think the local policy flat out sucks for the local school kids here.

I love hugs! None of my friends like giving hugs though. My best friend hates physical contact of any kind (annoys me to no end...) There needs to be more hugs in the world: girl-boy, girl-girl, boy-boy.

I'm also a hug whore. But, only among my friends. I don't see the point in greeting people I barely know with a hug, only those important enough have a hug reserved for them!
But, yes, hugs are great. I don't think I could make it through a day without at least 20.
