The song played everywhere when I graduated was the fairly inappropriate "Bittersweet Symphony". I'm not sure the people in charge thought that one through. When I graduated primary school, we used the somewhat more appropriate "Bring On Tomorrow" from Fame.

I love Rob Thomas's Little Wonders. We didn't really have a graduation song per se, but we did have many songs dealing with moving on play immediately after we threw our graduation caps in the air. The one I can clearly remember is R. Kelly's The World's Greatest.

Our official graduation song was "I'm not gonna cry" by Corey Smith. We voted once, and selected something different, but the school decided it wasn't appropriate. Some of my friends decided that we wanted "Don't Stop Believing", and we were able to get most of our class to sing along

Faux country one-hit wonder. *shudder*

Exceptionally awful. Not that most music from that period was very good.

>>>wow did anyone videotaped that?

Presumably not. This was back when video cameras were this big.

That's the best thing about those video 8 recorders - they doubled as clubs.

Uhm the only songs from graduation that I remember are Pomp and Circumstance, The Battle Hymn of the Republic and The Star Spangled Banner. I don't think I had a graduation song.

This was our song for graduating grade 8, and I've yet to graduate from high school.

I actually love this song. XD Oh, the 90's.
Not to mention Vitamin C is hot.
