:icon_sad: I'm sad. I'm on school holidays (2 week break) and I've spent the past 1 week at home in bed sick (spent 1 night in hospital when my temperature reached 40.5 C). To make matters worse this has caused me to fall behind in my homework. I go back to school monday. And so now it's Saturday. I worked an 8 hour shift today with a horrendously sore throat (and to make matters worse I spent most of that on register talking to customers) - and I have two 18th birthday parties tonight that I'm missing out on because I feel like shit. URGH
I'm sorry to hear that... I would jump in to the parties even if I was sick...I don't care I ended up in emergency room at hospital...well that's because I'm still under 18 tho:eusa_doh: I'm hoping you'll get well soon!!!! It always gets worse before it gets better so maybe next thing will be good:icon_wink
My friends FORCE me to go to parties even if I'm sick. I nearly got in trouble coz someone said it around one of the managers at work too. But I just denied it. =D
Been there, done that - Last week and 4 weeks before. I just thought I'd gotten rid of it - and it came back and bit me for a second time (and much worse than the first). I hope I'm over it now (and it DOESN'T come back a 3rd time...)

I understand completely, Dave. In 2004, I had strep throat fourteen times... I was sick most of the time, with fever, my body ached all over, bah. I could do nothing, I lost a lot of weight... that was a bad year.

Thanks guys I just got home from work (after having worked 9 long hours) because I took thursday off, so I couldn't take today off. I'm feeling better and just glad the weekend is over (wow did I say that?). Yeah school days are so much less stressful haha.
