I dunno, im sure it would be better for the LGBT community, but think about it...

People NEED something to oppose. Its just ingrained into us all. If the far right and mega religious crowd did not have homosexuality to oppose, they would pick something else. Now we as a community tend to be very good at pursuing through all the shit thats thrown at us. Maybe the target group picked on instead of the LGBt community would not be so strong willed. Or maybe they would, who knows. In the end? Someone is going to get the short straw no matter who it is, so it would not make too much of a difference in the world.

But i just dont have faith in humanity, so maybe thats it

all my friend make ginger jokes, not many of them make gay jokes (since 3/4 of my friends are gay) so I think things would be worse lol just kidding it really would be a lot better

Oh, now I feel really bad. I made fun of a kid in the second grade for his red hair, but only because he was mean to me first. It doesn't justify my behavior, though.

At least people can dye their hair as they see fit. I don't think LGBT people should be treated as though they could change their sexuality, like they can their hair color.
