| EC 'Dad' EC Advisor   Gender: Male Orientation: Gay Out Status: Out to everyone Location: Toronto Age: 41 Posts: 7,449 Join Date: Mar 2007 |  Proud Father Happy Father's Day - to me!  I was a very proud dad yesterday. My beautiful little girls were the Flower Girls in a wedding yesterday afternoon, and they were SO pretty and SO well behaved! Their mom and I were invited to the wedding as well of course, and we had a nice time. (I have to admit that I felt a little awkward there - this huge celebration of marriage 'between a man and a woman' with over 100 other 'heterosexual' couples there, and not a sign of a gay person around... but that's for another thread!  )Here's a picture of the little princesses:

| Guest Posts: n/a | Re: Proud Father Well, there's nothing wrong with you going to a wedding.  Good to hear you've taught them how to behave. Too many little bastards running around with no manners. Makes me wanna punt them so bad. Parents seem too relaxed now a days...or they just don't care. |

You're right to be proud, and I'm glad you had a good time. (I know exactly what you mean- my cousin got married at the beginning of the month and I couldn't count how many times they said 'a man and a woman' and people kept telling me "you'll be getting married before you know it!")
