BC boys are the hottest I've found, jurisdictionally. Many in Vancouver, even more in Victoria for some odd reason. Something in the water, I think.

I see them everywhere. Wonder maybe if the heat causes our brains to be less picky, and we just percieve more hotties than when it's colder? Plus they all would come out to enjoy the sun in Plymouth. Much the same in Swansea, but thread says England
