I said but it really depends. I heard once that we should choose out battles wisely, not all are worth fighting. trust me i live by that.

Flight. Any real man holds his feelings in! ... :frowning2:

I wish I fought back. The only way I ever fight is by holding secret grudges for months that no one knows about.

I'm a non violent person, so normally flight.

But if my friends are being attacked, or something, I WILL fight to help them. I ran 2 kids over with a shopping cart cause they jumped on my friend, had her on the ground and were hitting her... (when I was littler)

Unless I know I'll be hurt badly, I won't do flight.

If there is a good chance that flight will save the day, then I would do so. If not, I would improve the odds by engaging in the fight.

I usually flee because I know that if I stay, I'll do something stupid that I might regret later. When someone stands in my way of going somewhere to cool off, that's when I fight.

If I'm startled, my first reflex is to strike - I've elbowed my dad in the stomach and a friend in the head when they came up behind me and surprised me. I hate confrontation and conflict, though. So I'd say reflexively fight, but flight if I have even a split second t consider it.

I really depends on the situation. If I am pretty sure I can win, or am just feeling stupid that day, I'll risk it and fight. Other than that I am likely to beat feet out of there.

I am trained in the art of fighting, and with that training I have been taught a responsibility to only employ my skills for self-defense or the defense of others. That being said, I also consider myself a conscientious objector, and don't ever believe in initiating violence of any kind. So, all around, a verbal threat is a "flight" opportunity.
