And it's ironic that the bank and Visa were deffering the customer to each other.  Our bank was doing similar when Mum wanted to move $360,000 into our home loan account.. They were "worried about transferring such a great amount of money" and Mum got sent between three branches of the bank on opposite ends of the city, and ended up doing a full circle back to where she started. |
