Default Are you a big cry baby?

I know this is a weird thread.
Something you rarely see people do is cry. Well something I rarely see people do is cry.

And it seems like the people who cry all the time have perfected it so that it's not loud and disgusting.

I don't cry very often. So when I do cry I cry hard.
I'm loud, my face gets really just not cute; red, screwed up, and veiny.

And then to make it worse people try to talk to me while I'm crying and I'll try to talk back which makes it even worse.

At least I don't get snotty. Lol.

So how do you cry? Would you consider yourself a minor, moderate, or severe crier. Haha.

If im in a public setting i can cry silently so as not to cause attention to be focused on me. But at times i cant help it and im doing major tears. Just balling my eyes out. Im pretty sure i dont look cute doing that hahaa

Lol. Even when I try to cry silently I can only hold it together for the first few tears.
It's horrible. Haha.

When I was younger I'd cry at anything. I'm better than I used to be, I've only cried a handful of times this year. I can be pretty quiet about it, but my face goes all blotchy and red, it's not very attractive.

I used to cry over everything as a kid.
But now, it's very hard for me to cry. I tear up at sad moments in movies or something, but never actually cry.

I've perfected silent crying. You can't hear a thing.

Same with me. One time I got through an entire class crying at my desk and no one noticed a thing. With me though it's hard to make me cry, but when I do I cry quite a lot, just silently.

I always never cry, and I always wonder why...

I cried like only once the past year... so yeah its rare for me, and when I do, it's not AS bad.

I dunno if I'd like to be a bit cry-er... I think I would maybe at some time...

[does this makes sense at all? lol]

My nickname is, in fact, "the robot". I almost never cry. When my grandmother died, when my friend died, during their funerals, nothing. Then, sometimes, a song hits me just right, and the tears come. Wish I understood why.

I don't normally cry very much, especially not in front of other people. If there are people around, I do my best to not cry. That all went out the window when a friend died though. I found out after school on a monday and had a bunch of chem homework due the next day. I went to tell my teacher that I hadn't done it (with him, if you didn't have it done at the beginning of class, that was it, unlike some of my other teachers). I started off trying to talk and sounded so bad he thought I was sick. After that, I just started bawling. He did tell me that if I didn't show up to his class that day he wouldn't mark be absent for which I was really thankful. For the rest of that week, if I had a single thought of him I would tear up and I cried myself to sleep for probably a good month after. It's been two months now and I haven't teared up at all writing this so it's getting much better.
When I cry, it's not nice, there are some people who, a second after they stop look completely normal, I'm not one of them. My face goes all red and blotchy, my eyes puff up and they stay red for probably 30-45 minutes after.

I too don't cry often, I hardly ever do. I actually hate it, I feel like I am an emotional black hole sometimes because I am not a frequent crying type of guy. I do once and a while get emotional, and when I do it isn't very pretty. It only lasts a little while, and I don't wail or anything, just cry and sob for the most part.

I haven't cried in about 9 years (since my friend died when I was 8). I'm not unemotional, it's just not something I do. I only think I would cry over a loved one dying. Thankfully that's not something that happens often.

I've felt it coming before, but that's it. I hold it in. And think about other things.

If I'm crying at a movie, which I often do, I have perfected my crying so that it is as silent as possible. I'd like to say that the same rings true for when I get truly upset IRL. I rarely ever get upset at things, mostly just angry, but when something upsets me, I am the loudest, most screwed up face thing that you ever saw.
