    1. my watch, I wear it all the time, even at night, except for showers, if it were waterproof though I wouldn't bother taking it off
    2. hair elastics, I have two for my hair that are always either in my hair or on my wrist and then I have six others forming a rainbow bracelet, 24/7
    3. I can't think of a third thing... I don't really carry a wallet, I don't have a phone or mp3 player either...

    Clothing! always a necessity.

    I'm surprised at the amount of people who keep their ipod with them at all times. I only ever use it in the gym or when I'm traveling. It's probably just a difference of where we are currently in life. :slight_smile:
