By "love" I mean a hook-up, a relationship, a date- pretty much any significant non-platonic activity with another person. So far, my record is 60+ miles to see someone I met online- something I probably wouldn't repeat on a regular basis (unless extenuating circumstances existed). I soooo wish people could teleport

i'd say i would pretty much go anywhere for it if it felt right. I mean i LOVE and I MEAN LOVEEEE!!!!!one one to travel anywhere i can. So really it is like a double win for me if it is long distance and i can make it there

I've driven 3 hrs to pick someone up and then drive home for a dance. We weren't even actually dating. Bad experience.

I've actually drove 11 hours to the panhandle of Florida to meet a guy once.
It was a huge mistake and I've learned over time that if someone is over 30 miles away from you, you probably shouldn't pursue them.
But, If you really like them, it might be good just to move there.

my girlfriend caught an early flight back from vacation once to spend valentines day with me it was her parents idea to fly back early which kinda killed the romance abit but still sweet

My boyfriend or I drive 4.5 hours one way to be with each other. He lives in Chicago, and I live in Detroit. We switch every weekend. Last weekend I drove there, so this coming weekend he'll drive here. We're working on getting him a job here in the Detroit area so we can be together, but the area's 17.1 percent unemployment rate is making that quite difficult.
