Ive had iced coffee drinks and popcorn thrown at me with insults to follow and ive been called a faggot on one too many occasions.

It really does not bug me *that* much, i mean it still gets to me, but im just lucky it wasnt anything worse....yet.

Yeah, it hasn't really happened to me either... comments about gay people are said in school but they typically aren't directed at me.

I suppose I'm sorta a loner... but everyone I know accepts me.

I used to when i was back home i would get insults people avoiding me like i was gonna infect them and i've had stuff thrown at me a couple of times

I've heard stories like that before... where people feel as though gayness is contagious... its really too bad.

I've never been attacked over it, but I have had people shouting homophobic insults at me and people have been very passive-aggressive towards me (particularly in my last job) about my sexuality and gender expression. I live in a relatively rough area though, so the insults (sadly) don't surprise me all that much.

Nothing overt that I can call people out on. Physical stuff has been limited to things that could look accidental or can't be seen, like elbows in the ribs in the canteen queue and stuff, and comments aren't usually yelled, just mumbled in my direction, quietly enough that I think they assume that if I called them out on it they could claim they didn't say anything.

I've never had a problem with it from outside my family but I've had plenty of insults from my parents and they were directed straight at me.

I have never had anything negative directed at me before.
But my boyfriend has been beat up for it, and gets called names all the time. Probably because he lived in really small town where they are not so friendly about it.

I've been randomly called 'faggot' by one of my classmates and my sexuality's been openly, very loudly questioned numerous times. One of my other classmates tried to wrestle me in 9th grade after he tried insulting me; he randomly did it again last year. Methinks he just likes to touch me.
