none come to mind except "outlook" which is a queer newsletter/newspaper in Canada. it's free from news stands in the major cities in each province/territory.

There is a mag called out, but I think you have get it at a bookstore they don't sell it at news in publix or other such places.

There have been a bunch of them over the years but none have been very good. XY is extremely erratic with its publication schedule and its editorial slant is sorta messed up. There was a magazine called YGA that was started by the editors of XY which was headed in the right direction, but they went broke. I don't know of any good national ones; magazines on the whole are having a really tough time right now and magazines aimed at gay youth that much more.
