I think i'm on the path toward gender blindness. Are there many others out there that have made the journey from 'straight' to gender blind? I want to hear some stories!

Gender Blind? I...I dont think ive heard that term before o-o and ive heard alot of terms.

I definitely dont see gender as black and white anymore, seeing as i am only male on the outside but not really on the inside. But I still think gender exists on some level, and like sexuality it has so many different forms.

Thats why we have the "Q" in LGBTQ. Correct me if im wrong, but "Queer" is for anyone who does not live by society's gender norms right? Thats what i read atleast :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    WOW.
does she look even a *bit* androgynous or gender variant to you, at all? she looks like a woman to me. plain and simple.
not sure what gender blind means, but I doubt it's a woman who looks like a woman.

are you taking about being pansexual, and being attracted to people in general? or are you taking about your own personal gender expression, like being androgynous?

guessing by the way the term sounds, "gender blind" sounds like it means you're blind to gender. as in you are attracted to people regardless of their gender because gender isn't important to you. if i'm wrong, correct me.

I once went to hit on a guy and I didn't realise I was actually hitting on a girl. Does that count as gender blindness?

I think that's just the regular 'without sight' variety of blindness.

Dang. I thought my eyes were getting better too.
Anyway, I'm going to go clean the blood off my face from that brick wall that got in the way of my path.

seeing the genders and understanding the differences but seeing non difference in them, they are just people, they are all just human to me. the person matter not the gender.

gender blindness and pansexuals are still a bit under the radar, but its all good labels suck.

just like who you like gender really isnt important. x
