Default Androgyny

So i met this boyish girl at a party recently. She was SOOOO alluring.... It was amazing, i was transfixed.... Unfortunately i tried to pick her up and she's gay. But it got me to thinking about what i like.

i'm often REALLY attracted to kindof boyish-looking girls... not butch, but boyish. And that the men i like are almost always very pretty and high cheek boned and girlish looking.

Are there many others out there so attracted by androgyny???

Hehe yeshhh!
My ex was sorta. They're just so cute :3
Especially the ones that are like skater type, if you know what I mean?
But that doesn't mean I'm limited to just that...I like a lot of different types of girls :]

Hellz to-the yes.
I love boyish girls and girlish boys and everyone in between.
I guess I really know how fluid gender is, and I think people that aren't afraid to express that openly

Oh god yes. I love androgyny. I have lots of "types" when it comes to girls, but the guys I'm attracted to are usually on the feminine side. Long hair, pretty eyes, slightly built, etc. Being a transvestite sure doesn't hurt, either. =P

Don't even get me started on boyish girls, though. Especially if they're wearing suits. Ohhh man. *melts*

Basically, yes. Androgyny makes me weak at the knees. <3

After Ellen would call them that, I think. =D

definitely Johnny Depp. I think he has very feminine mannerisms (especially in a lot of movies he's done recently, like Pirates, Willy Wonka, Sweeney Todd and now Alice in Wonderland.)

Haha, Ellen doesn't run it, it's just called "After Ellen". (I think it's looking at lesbians/bisexual women in the media since Ellen came out, thus the name, I think? It's just named for her though). A lady called Sarah Warn actually created it.

I definitely rather liked that picture of Jake Gyllenhaal though. =D

Ellen pisses someone off? O_O

Ive never actually heard someone express a negitive emotion for her. She is just so...likeable.

Oops, back to topic...

I swoon every time i see a guy who is fem or is "pretty" (like the AfterEllen list, swoon!). I like my men soft and with plenty of gayface Its just my preference, and thankfully there are alot of men like that out there. I also like the classic butch man who is built nicely and has abs of steel, but unless they are a super softie inside i just could never see myself being with one.

I also have crushes on alot of women who look boyish, but still maintain that soft quality. Like Rachel Maddow and her OMFGseckiness.

I think that Rachel Maddow has amazing powers that transcend sexual orientation. I've read so many straight women saying they'd switch teams for Rachel. XD

RACHEL MADDOW IS AMAAAAZING.

I'm staying away from the Ellen argument. Except to say that Ellen is amazing.

That picture of Keanu Reeves is amazing. Don't really care for John Cusack. At all.

I love adrogyny. Makes me go all weak at the knees and drool-crazy. It's probably why I have such a huge thing for Asian males...the ones that have that delicate...soft...look mmm. And I love me some boyish girls. Katherine Moennig...purrrrr.

Yep, I find androgynous people of both sexes beautiful. I saw a picture the other day of a person that I literally couldn't tell the sex of and I was so intrigued by it. Closely related is my fondness for the 'emo' look (although not necessarily the emotions that go behind it). I guess I just find that when the gender line gets blurred I can't help myself.

one word: YES.

I love andro-looking girls, mmm! I actually really would love to get my hair cut shorter and try the look, but I don't think it would work for me. So I'll just have to find myself a nice boyish girl
