    So its coming around to Halloween time... and when Corina linked a video on another thread saying it gets her in the Halloween mood, i was instantly reminded of my own personal things that get me in the mood and i felt like sharing :slight_smile: Might as well make a thread, then everyone gets to share!

    Whats gets YOU in the mood for all hallows eve? :slight_smile:

    For me its DEFINITELY the Halloween Town marathons on TV. They are so old, so cheezy, and so poorly written. But since they first aired ive never missed them a single year! Its like a train wreak of Halloween joy. Its even on youtube if anyone dare watch...

    The other thing would be the one house on my street that buys what looks like $1000 in new giant inflatable Halloween crap every year. Its fun to see what they picked each time October rolls around.

    Last year was the first year I ever celebrated halloween. It is now my favorite holiday. I love death, violence, gore, satanic worshipping. All that good stuff. Usually seeing a Halloween marathon on SciFi got me in the mood but for years, I was not allowed to celebrate it until last year.

    Im glad your getting into it now though! Its pretty much the most fun holiday ever. I like watching the most cheesy Halloween related movies hah. But alot of my friends do gore-fest marathons, i might go to part of one this year...

    the leaves on the trees!! pumpkins everywhere!! I love Halloween I've been to three haunted houses this month:thumbsup:. I love Halloween so much the word October gets me in the mood:eusa_clap

    Candy FTW! Also decorations, haunted houses, costumes, leaves changing, pumpkins... yeah. Lots of stuff. Halloween is my favorite holiday!

    Oh! Movies too. Except I'm too much of a pussy to watch many real horror films, so I stick to Disney. Twitches, Hocus Pocus, fun stuff like that.

    OMG I LOVED HALLOWEEN TOWN AS A KID!!!

    That and Hocus Pocus and Disney's version of Sleepy Hallow works too.

    Me too! XD I watch the Pansy Halloween movies, I can't do gory horror films. Hocus Pocus is such a boss movie :grin:
    That and dressing up, and Halloween parties are always fun :grin:

    I wish Halloween was a big deal here. It looks like so much fun :frowning2: Although the seasonal factor doesn't make much sense, because it's spring here.

    I love Halloween. In my opinion its the bast holiday of the year. I'm in the mood for Halloween all year around :slight_smile:

    Oh gosh, too many things get me in the mood for Halloween.

    Are you Afraid of the Dark? and Goosebumps marathons.
    Pumpkin carving.
    Driving two hours to the Atrox Factory, the greatest haunted house EVER.
    Giving out candy, then eating half of it because NOBODY trick-or-treats anymore. :dry:
    Watching Jack-O, the best worst movie ever (then watching it again with commentary!).
    Reese's peanut butter cups.
    Bonfires.
