Silent Candle Lit Vigil 30th Oct in London

    Hey, there is a silent candle lit vigil in Trafalgar Sq on Friday in memory of Ian Baynham who was attacked in the square for being gay. Just wondered if anyone who was in London was thinking of going?

    There is going to be a 2min silence at 9pm to show that as a community we are standing together against hate crimes.

    I dont know if anyone from here attended this last night but i was there and it was a very moving experience to see 10,000 people holding a candle in remeberance. The entire square was full of people and the mood was very sombre. The speakers gave very encouraging talks. You can see linked you tube films at the above website facebook group.
