Just looking around for some good music; I just got an iTunes gift card for my birthday. Please post your favorite songs here  What kinds of music do y'all like?

What type/genre do you prefer? I could list off a lot, but I'd rather narrow it down.

I like pretty much anything. Not really rap or heavy metal so much, but I'm willing to try anything.

Hmm. It's easier to mention bands than songs, but I can try I guess. xD

-Stadiums and Shrines, by Sunset Rubdown. If you like that song, they have some other great ones.

    -Anything by the Arcade Fire.

    - The Kill, by the Dresden Dolls. (also Half Jack, The Mouse and the Model, among others)

    - NYC, by Interpol

    - Skinny Love, by Bon Iver.

    - Funeral, by Band of Horses

    - Insistor, by Tapes N' Tapes

    - First Breath After Coma, by Explosions in the Sky (bit slow, but this is a good example of post rock, which is a neat genre!)

    - Satellite, by Guster.

    - Angeles, by Elliot Smith (also Roman Candle, A Fond Farewell, King's Crossing, Independence Day, Miss Misery)

    - I'll Believe In Anything, by Wolf Parade.

And many more, but that's probably (more than) enough for now. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

"(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" - Rolling Stones

    EARLY ROCK
"(We're Gonna) Rock Around the Clock" - Bill Haley & the Comets
