Okay this guy at work said,

"yeah she might be attractive to your looks since she likes guys half her age. Watch out."

I know if I was straight I wouldn't mention a guys look period.
And he has a girlfriend and early 20s.

I think a straight guy would say that. Sounds like he was not comenting on your looks so much as he was saying that the woman likes guys half her age...

Dude... He's straight (Well Unless he explicitly states otherwise, as in "I'm not straight"). Straight people make remarks like that, and straight people can appreciate the looks of the same sex, and straight people can even kiss other straight people.
Gay people do this with members of the opposite sex as well.

It's pretty damn common... =/

Second. I've NEVER kissed any of my female friends. Eww. The only woman I kiss is my mom and that's on the cheek only.

To answer the OP's question, the guy's straight as uncooked spaghetti. We all notice someone that'll catch the opposite/same sex's eye, doesn't mean that they're attracted to them.
