I. Lost. My. Year. 12. Folio. ARGH. I left it on the train or something. I honestly don't remember. Pretty much it contains all my artwork from the past 6 months which i need to get into uni. Excuse me while I go nuts calling all the lost and founds in the state.
Oh my god, I feel for you....I really hope you find it I know your pain, i'm in Year 12 too, and i lost my iPod...that had my English Studies Journal, IT Website writeup etc on it and i hadnt backed up at all....luckily a teacher found it before anyone stole it and gave it back
OMG. I am so sorry to hear that. I wish I can do something to help you... I really hope that you will find it...
OMG im so sorry thats terribe call everyone that may have it train people will have it if you left it n the train hope you find it!!
I once lost two chapters of my book due to a computer virus... That sucks, Dave. I hope you find it. Here in Uruguay, it would never appear again... thankfully you live in Australia.
My double at disney land? haha! nice! As for my folio, I got to school today and realised I left a vast majority of it still in my locker (about 75% of my folio) becaues i didnt want to carry it around with me. So nice thinking on my part. The other 25% might have to be redone which will take me a good solid week of work. But there's still hope that it'll be found. My school is printed clearly on it. =]
Well that is a good thing that you didnt loose it all. Looks like you have some work to redo, but at least it isnt everything you've done
Nice to hear it's not a total loss, but it's a shame about the rest. Here's hoping it turns up (in one piece!)
This is obviously a good example of why people should back things up. Obviously not super-easy to do when you're talking about artwork but you could at least take scans of the stuff you've done. Especially if it's your ticket into university... I would never let a collection like that leave my sight. One thing I always do when working on writing stuff is email myself copies of it as I'm working on it so that I have copies saved with my email provider and it's not just all on one single hard drive.
