Mentally:

In Men: Can give me just as much attention as a video game, likes to spend time with me and my friends, has clever/witty things to say, and actually has opinions on certain things like politics/sexuality/economy/ect.

Turn ons - Exotic hair colors, sense of humor, open minded as anything, tends to have somewhat alternative styles of dressing, cuddling, artist type, adventurous.

Turn offs - Closed minded, know it alls, ignorant, boring 'I rather stay in all day and do jack shit 24/7' types, and overly religious, the kind that are in your face.

Dresses to flatter herself. Girls with good tattoos. (Or no tattoos. Y'know, whatever.)

No: Obesity, or body-builder levels of muscle. Misanthropes. Smokers. "The Crazy". A smug and overwhelming sense of superiority, or an inferiority complex in constant need of reassurance from others. Fake boobs, fake tans, fake blondes**. Girls with bad tattoos.
